Prices at www.greenmachine.life are given in Danish kroner (DKK) and are incl. 25% VAT.


At www.greenmachine.life you can pay with the following card types: Visa. Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard, American Express. In addition, it is possible to pay with Viabill or Mobilepay.
We do not charge fees.
The money is withdrawn from your account when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. This will never be a greater amount than you have approved at your purchase.


A purchase of our products consists of 3 steps:

1.) Find items and place them in the shopping cart. Then proceed to the shopping cart. In the upper right corner of the website you will find your shopping cart where you can see the products you have chosen.
2.) Enter your personal information, shipping address, etc. Choose payment method and enter the required information.
3.) After that, you will enter the ePay payment window, a secure payment channel that handles card information. Your purchase has now been completed.

Formation of a contract

You must accept the terms of the trade terms at each trade. It is recommended that you carefully review the terms of trade and engage in the obligations and rights under these terms.

Complaint or error delivery

Our products are covered by the law on the purchase of 24 months in the law of purchase. The right of claim gives you as the consumer the right to complain about any errors and / or deficiencies in our products that have occurred within 24 months of the purchase. It is a prerequisite that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product or other action that may cause the defect. If you received defective goods, defective items, or would you like to advertise a product, please contact us by e-mail. mail. If you notice a defect in our goods, we recommend that you complain within a reasonable time frame to maintain your right to rectify the defect. If the product has been damaged during transport, please appeal immediately, as you can therefore prove that it is a transport damage. Complaint to www.greenmachine.life must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. If you advertise within two months after the error has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely. The item can then be returned for replacement, repair or possibly. crediting. www.greenmachine.life will refund the return costs in case of a legitimate complaint.

If your complaint is justified, we will refund your shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to receive a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

When you return the item, please provide a detailed description of the problem. We do not receive packages without shipment or packages sent per. COD.

Right of cancellation and return

As a consumer, you have 14 days of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order but they are delivered individually, the deadline will run from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline implies that you have 14 days from the receipt to let us know that you will cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@greenmachine.life. You cannot undo the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased mmultiple items from us you have the option to return one or more items even though they are purchased in one order. Note that you can only get a proportionate share of shipping costs, corresponding to the distribution between the amount of goods you return and the number you hold.

Repayment of purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount that you are responsible for. We will return the money with the same payment method that you used to purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We can withhold payment until we receive the item unless you send us documentation showing that you returned it.

Should there be an error, failure, or wrong delivery, please contact us at info@greenmachine.life and state your order number and invoice number.

Processing of personal data and log statistics

Green Machine leads log statistics, which means we use a statistical system to collect information about user behavior and the page traffic. This is used to optimize the web shop. Only the management, chosen employees in the ordering expedition, and chosen marketing staff have access to these statistics.

For purchases in our web shop at www.greenmachine.life, register with your full name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We register and disclose your personal information to deliver the item to you.

www.greenmachine.life can gather your address information at the National Registry by entering your telephone number. The personal data is stored for 5 years and deleted afterwards. The information is not disclosed to third parties. Personal data will be stored encrypted.

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package returned, and you will be responsible if damage occurs during transport.

We ask you to send us an email with order number and invoice number before returning the item to us. Products from www.greenmachine.life must be returned in original and sealed packaging. Any refund of return costs will occur if it is our mistake. If you regret your purchase, you must pay the return fee yourself.

From the date of delivery, you have 14 days’ notice of withdrawal pursuant to Danish consumer agreement laws. The products from www.greenmachine.life are food. Thus, you will lose your right of withdrawal if you have broken the packaging and / or started using the product. We emphasize that all seals must be intact, and all affixed labels must still be on the product. Therefore, DO NOT open the goods after receiving them, if you wish to apply for your right of withdrawal. Our products are foods that cannot be resold if the sealant / package is broken. If the packaging or seal has been broken, the product will not be returned for hygienic reasons, pursuant to §18, subsection. 2, No. 5 of the Consumer Contracts Act.

The item may be useless after opening it, and you will not be able to get your money back then. It is initially our customer service that decides the value of any item of value.

This may for example be in cases where a product is damaged due to improper storage or handling.

Returns cannot, as a rule, be done by refusing a reception unless agreed with our customer service. The cost of returning goods is with you. Please also ensure that the goods are properly wrapped when returned. In your return package you must enclose a copy of your invoice and complete the attached return letter. In the return letter you must fill in information, if you wish to use your right of cancellation and indicate if you want the price of the product refunded.

These return rules apply to selling (to private), and therefore do not apply to goods sold to traders.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

You can choose from the following freight options:

GLS for package shop of your choice 39.00 DKK
GLS to private address 69.00 DKK
GLS to business address 59.00 DKK
Post Nord 44.0 DKK
Post Nord - with distribution 54.00 DKK

Free freight with the GLS package shop on orders of 500 DKK or more inside Denmark

Sent orders will be charged a shipping price from 39.00 DKK with either Post Nord or GLS. All our products are stocked at our warehouse and shipped from here. The delivery will take place within 1-3 business days from the order date.

The terms of delivery do not apply to Greenland, the Faroe Islands and abroad. Distribution takes place through Post Nord or GLS, and the goods will be delivered to your residence, workplace or package shop.

Green Machine cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond Green Machine's control, e.g. extraordinary events such as natural disasters, landslides, strikes, etc.
